The design steps include: identifying lesson aims and requirements; identifying main contents and selecting important information to provide to students; creating multimedia contents for each lesson unit; building material libraries; selecting software to construct teaching processes with specific activities; and lastly testing, modifying, and finalizing the lesson plan. Today, in the promotion of educational innovation, the influence of constructivist learning theories is expanding worldwide. Many scholars believe that the constructivist learning theories are particularly suitable for the learning environment in multimedia teaching. Techniques of note-taking in spoken translation have specific characteristics, training note-taking techniques contribute to assure quality and improve translation efficiency. Determining the importance of taking notes, in teaching practice of speaking, the design of lessons that trains note-taking technique for learners, training a team of interpreters with good skills to translate to meet practical requirements is essential. In fact, the decoding and translation of literary titles in general and of French literary titles in particular to the Vietnamese language seems simple but also poses difficult problems for translators as well as linguistic researchers, even sometimes it can became a controversial focus. In common sense, Chinese writing language has been considered as one of the most difficult characters to learn and memorize. This raises a question: How did Vietnamese people effectively learned Chinese characters in the past? How did the system of teaching Chinese textbooks compiled in accordance with learners at different&nbsp; level and age? The author claims that there might be a complete system of textbooks teaching Chinese characters, clasified relying to the level and age of different learners, through which, many Vietnamese famous celebrities were succefully trained in comparison with other countries in the region using Chinese characters (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.). Historical materials often refers to the competition of poems and speeches between Vietnamese people and neighbors.
